Parking sensors 2014+ GS/GT

Question regarding parking sensors... I know that in Canada only the GX has parking sensors available, probably because Mazda Canada assumes the back-up camera is sufficient.

Is there a way to get the OEM ones, that are available in other countries (there is a video from Mazda Australia here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ep2Of6low6Y), which are linked to the display screen? I think it's a nice feature, lots of new cars have the sensors, I don't see why it's not available for the 3 here...

Nice find! You still need to paint the sensors, right?

I would still prefer the OEM one, because it shows the actual distance... I'm not sure if this one will really look like the pic.

What does the harness look like for that system? Is it a plug and play style? what does the graphics adapter connect to? How does it connect? I would be interested in this. I wonder if I could make this work with an aftermarket deck

you splice the wires into one of the connects located near the rear of the car.

You can see it on the top right corner a picture of the car with the rears.
It also adds an arrow so if you don't want to see it, you press the button and it minimizes to the right as well.

From reversing, once you put it in drive, it will change to this image. Once your car starts moving faster, the display will disappear, and change back to normal.

Thanks for the input, that actually looks really good. I may just buy a kit, price wise its not all THAT expensive. After all if it doesn't work I can always turn around and sell it.
