2014 mazda 3 hatchback rims on 2007 mazda 3 GS

Hi all i just have a question.. will the rims from a 2014 m3 hatchback fit a 2007 mazda 3 Gs the size for the tire is 205/60R/16.. i googled the bolt pattern and its the same but now this offset is whats confusing me can you guys please advice that would rock any help is appriciated

Are you planning on using 205-60-16? Side wall size is a little tall
