UPGRADE: Stereo + Audio + bluetooth. Suggestions?

I have stock everything in my 06 s hatchback. I need some help picking out the right radio/speakers for my new setup. I always listen to music so quality is really important.

I am looking for good sound NOT how loud I can get. I do not want a really loud system. I will get pulled over, guaranteed. :chuckle

My wish list is for my new radio is....

BT good music/call quality
EQ
USB and AUX in
Iphone compatible.
Steering wheel control compatible.
FM/AM (yeah i still tune in. 89.5 in T. and 93.3 in the hammer. also cbc)
CD player
easy to use
ideally a good walk-through to install it myself so i can save some $$$
good looking dash kit

bonuses:
dvd player, rear-view camera, remote, snack dispenser.
ambient temperature?

The only thing I like with the current HUD is the ambient temperature. The fuel consumption and all that info is usually wrong.
What I dont care about in the new system is the GPS. They usually suck and the one on my phone is fine.
This guy (https://youtu.be/uH3vWjSrVlg) is putting another screen in that top part which I always wondered what it was for.

Speakers wish list....

Great sound. that's about it.
I have the manual side mirrors so I am not sure if I can install new speakers there.

I also plan to upgrade the rear-view mirror to an auto dim + compass one. I might actually get that pro installed as I have heard some horror stories. (I have auto wipers too)

What would you recommend?
Where do I buy it? how much? (I have a US shipping address too)
cost is not really a big issue as I will splurge on sound and save if need be. If i can install it then I will go for the better option.

no one has any recommendations? I have done some digging but I really thought people would has posted their own experience here.

Most aftermarket stereos if not all you find on crutchfield are going to be be better than factory. I'm an Alpine guy myself so I've thrown in a double din head unit with BT calling, music, CD player, radio, all that jazz. I believe the ambient temperature can still be used by having the little screen mounted in the top, I did it on my 2007 and 2009. I am not 100% sure about the 2006 model though.
