Just to make things nice and confusing, though, this iA is actually more Mazda than Toyota, based on Mazda’s SkyActiv platform and sharing a lot of its guts with the new Mazda 2.
I'm actually really confused.... I didn't know that Toyota had a manufacturing/licensing agreement with Mazda? Subaru yes, but hadn't heard anything about this before.

fairly recent actually. Hence the extremely similar styling to the mazda2.
I see it as being another BRZ/FRS thing going on... but worse. I dont see it selling well at all.

They used so much of the Mazda2 sedan bits and engine, it seems to degrade the Mazda2. I can see a lot of driving instructors buying these.
