Isn't there an aux port? maybe you can find a cable that plugs into aux port and usb the other end.

Grom Audio makes a unit that plugs in to the rear of the deck, and will give you a USB connection:

I had one in my 2005; worked well. You even had basic steering wheel controls to change the song.

The simple answer is no.

You'll have to buy an aftermarket deck to obtain that functionality or something like that unit mentioned above.

I have an AudioLinks unit in my 2007, which is plugged in the stock unit (where the CD changer goes). Super easy to install, it has USB and also SD card reader. It's not a true integration, but it works fine - there need to be 6 folders on the USB stick with a max of 99 files in each, and only the "track" number is shown. Steering wheel controls work, too.

Something like this: http://www.therpmstore.com/store/p/134-XCarLink-iPod-Integration-Kit-for-Mazda.html

Grom audio does something similar as the audiolinks as well.
