08Mazdaspeed3 problem

Ok so recently I upgraded my tmic to the Cobb fmic after the install I started my car to check for piping leaks and it ran fine and drove fine but I noticed when I revved my car it would go up to 2 grand sputter like a redline almost for a second then shoot up past 2 grand to also does this when I go hard in first I'm currently not driving the car until I get my access port could this be because I need a tune and fuel pump internals or is it something else that is dangerous PLEASE HELP

Yes, its the tune. Wait for your AP and start from there. U can run some OTS map that matches with your mods.

Yes I didn't have it at the moment the car is sitting as I wait on the arrival of the access port

LOL!

You don't want an HIB tune. HIB=hole in block.

FMIC doesn't work with the stock tune. Unless of course you want your motor to throw up all of its guts all over the road....

So my car still runs and drives but does do this sputter am I still safe to tune or am I to far gone

Yes it will run. But once you drive it then you'll probably run into issues of "too lean" conditions. The AP will fix that. Once you get it.

Once you get the AP it should come with preloaded maps for you to start with. Once you're comfortable with everything you can contact freek or lex on msf. We do have a local tuner here in the GTA Fobio

you can run on cobb ots stage1 91 map, im currently on stage1 SF 91,
waiting on my HPFP as well.
