anybody else buy from here or heard of experiences people had?
well mine was atrocious. mind you this is close to three years ago. i remember walking in to the dealership and being greeted like any other auto mall sales man would. everyone's was nice except for the salesman i had unfortunately i cant remember his name but anyways...
i walked in and the first thing the salesman says to me is, welcome to 401 dixie mazda! did you know were giving away ipad mini's with any purchase of a car?!
i thought that was a pretty sweet deal, however after an hour of looking at used mazdas he himself didn't even know that that was an old deal and was expired long ago. whatever i didnt care after that . the main issue; long story short is that i picked a grey 07 mazda 3 and went got halfway through paperwork and the sales manager tells me that its already sold. this happened to e THREE times. i was on my last nerve. when finally he told me that there was a mazda that JUST came in. which was my beautiful gunmetal blue. regardless i hated the service i had there . sales manager even told me he would clean the inside and out before i came to pick it up but did they do it no. i didnt give two ****'s at this point. worst service ever.

And it just popped into your mind at 7:14pm?
Unless you want feedback from other people because you're thinking of going back, I don't see the point of posting now.
Things could have gotten better...or a hell of alot worse, who knows

well, i guess i can leave a review of this dealership. i went in about 1 hour ago in the year of 2015 in the 21st century so this is a pretty up to date review. i went because i needed the passenger engine mount. mine is shot and quite frankly it's dangerous. went in looking for the complete mount not only did they have it in stock (which for me is rare for a dealership) they also had it at a better price of $133.08 all in, compared toe $149 in a auto parts shop where i would still have to use my current bracket thing. anyways point it i was happy i got what i was looking for. i was happy the price was better than i anticipated and also, the parts employee was very polite. if i'm looking for oem parts this is the place i'll go again considering its 5-10 minutes from my house.

Marvin moved from the lot to the shop to the sales floor where customers loved his easy going approach but I believe he's happier working the Parts Counter where he can help customers without the pressure. Marvin is definitely a sweetheart of a guy. Thanks for recognizing him.
