I test my car in empty parking lot.

I can hear noise when I drive my car slowly after I turn steering wheel all the way to the left (or right).

I don't know the cause of noise.

However, if I turn steering wheel 50% right (or left), I cannot hear noise.

Do you know the cause of noise??

power steering pump most likely , I have that too , some noise is normal , really loud noise pump will most likely need replacing. Look into Mazda recalls , some of the power steering pumps were recalled , will save you a penny.
