2010 mazda 3 2.0l. Car delete

Dose anyone know if I delete my sec and cat would it throw a code ? And would anyone know what it sounds like. I'm trying to get a bit louder but deeper. I already deleted the muffler so it sounds good just wanted it a bit deeper

what if i was to put a hi flow cat do you think it would be a a bit louder and deeper then ?

My auto 2010 has magnaflow catback and I deleted my secondary cat usually more raspy like hyperion said. However mine only sounds like that during start ups and thats about it
