2008 Cruise Install

My girlfriend just bought a used 2009 Mazda 3 which does not have cruise control installed. I know a dealer-installed kit is available since the dealer installed cruise as a freebie on my 2008 M3 (the GS/GX didn't come with cruise installed). She would like to have cruise on her M3 as well. I was wondering if this kit is still available, can it be installed easily, and does the vehicle need to be reprogrammed?
