I'm going to have this looked at tomorrow but has any 2014/2015 owner experienced this problem?

I'm driving and all of a sudden, the reverse camera turned on when I'm driving. Turned off car and turned back on and it's still on. Next day, turned car on and still the same. Radio, phone, etc all don't work.

Infotainment crashed?

It probably just needs a software update.

You're probably right and I hope that's the case.

I haven't had this problem in mine but there was a update available the last time I went in for a oil change. v55.
The changelog is on the infotainment site but strangely only showed up for me if I picked US english...

Had a client with a similar issue. Her's would black out. We thought it was the update. Tried that and it worked for a bit then the problem came back. Ended up replacing the camera unit and no problems since.
It's a warrantied item. Go get it checked out.

Yes, I'm going to a dealer later tonight.

I will report back once the issue has been fixed!

Thanks!
