Trans leak... thoughts?

Woke up this morning to find a small trans leak. I thought at first it was my dads car, but ends up its mine. Went under it as much as i could today without getting the stands out and found fluid near the axle. Thought it was just an axle seal until i got home today. Also found fluid on the top of the transmission.

Any thoughts on this? I'm thinking it could be the shifter shaft seal, but id like some other thoughts on it. Dealer has been called already, i will have to let them know the top of the trans has fluid on it though.

Hey Guys,

Went to Mr. Lube for an oil-change. Upon review of services rendered I noticed a note saying "minor transmission leak." I'm irritated that they didn't say anything, but I'm also now shitting a brick because I'm not sure how bad this could be! I did a tranny flush three years ago, and its been fine since then. I've only noticed some small liquid pools in my garage the last week. I assumed it was the A/C cause it's been acting up. Anyone have some thoughts?

If its the same issue my transmission had, it was a light leak on the top shaft seal//cover. they put a new gasket on and its been a champ since.
