Hi all,

I am actually from Australia, and am seeking your advice (have spent hours researching but can't find a definitive answer). (Yes I have looked heavily at the will this fit thread).

I have a 2012 gen 2 Mazda with BC extreme drop coil overs. I am wanting to fit 18x9.5 +38 work Kiwamis (or 30 if they will even fit and not look stupid) on my car. My guards are rolled and slightly pulled already.

I know I need camber arms and know dominant engineering are the ones but can't get hold of any in Australia. Would SPC camber arms suffice or are JBR better? I read you get more adjustment from JBR, but the SPC look far stronger. Any help on what camber arms to use will be extremely helpful.

And will 18x9.5 +38 clear in the front with my strut? I hear of inside clearance issues with big widths and not as aggressive offsets, so will this be an issue for me? Will I need a 3mm spacer in front to clear or not? Should I push for 18x9.5 +30 offset? (Incase anyone wondering my car isn't a speed 3).

Any help I am grateful as I am wanting to purchase the wheels this week from Japan 

Thanks,

Adam

you should be able to run both those sizes with next to no camber (-4 max) so those arms should work fine, it will depend on tires size to see if you can fit it inside without a problem, might have to run a 5mm spacer on the +38 depending on what camber you run,

You need about -5 with 215/40 on that.
Doms would be best, jbr will suffice, spc will not.

Hyperion, thank you for your help. What size do you have on the fronts? What size do you recommend for fronts? is 18x9.5 +30 pushing it with regards to BC camber plates to fit inside the guard? Will the +38 clear on the inside without hitting strut etc?

From what I can see, 18x9.5 +30 or +38 would fit on the rear with JBR camber arms, and sit flush with my guards (not extended past fender).

I will be running 215/40s front and rear as my tyres. I do also have 225/40s (both sets brand new Achilles ATR Sports).

Does anyone want to sell me some Dominant Engineering camber arms and ship them to Aus for me! hahaha.... Otherwise, I am hoping the JBR ones are still quality?

I think JBR is a little funny about saying it their arms "will work"

I think (Someone else can confirm) SPC arms can get you more - camber with the nut removed.

There was a set of Dom arms for sale here... I'll see if I can find the thread.
