noise from rear , wheel bearing?

I hear it at slower speeds, like when I am just letting the car slow down to a roll. It sounds like metal rubbing, like whomp whomp kind of noise. Could it be the wheel bearing?
No noise at higher speeds.
There is also sometimes a flapping kind of sound.

Offhand said, it can be wheel bearing, it can be heard at low speeds.

I got wheel bearing replaced, it fixed the metal rubbing noise, but there is still like a clicking ticking noise at low speeds from the rear right.....
