I brought my mazda in for an oil change. I usually bring it to Jimmy but he's busy and couldn't schedule me this week. I need the oil change done this week because I'm working out of town for the next couple weeks and need my car.

My car is lowered on springs. They ended up cracking my front lip getting it on the lift. Worst part is no one seemed apologetic, all the mechanics just gave me dirty looks when I asked what happened. The manager agreed to repair it at a body shop.

I'll report back on the condition and quality of the lip after repair.

Because they hated lowered car, make them to do extra workto lift it. The mechanics aren't appreicate your visit to start with, so they don't feel sorry. Hope you get it fixed nicely.

I've never actually had a problem with them at all. Been doing my oil changes there for the last year and a half. I'm lowered on prokits with a front lip. I wouldn't be surprised if the bottom of the lip is scratched up but that'll happen eventually. No cracks though

On the bright side, at least you will get it repaired for you.

But I can imagine how it's possible, even if the lift has a ramp.

That's shitty but definitely lucky that they are willing to repair it for you.

I bought (financed ) my Mazda from this dealership. It's been a 6 weeks since I got the car and I haven't received all the accessories I bought with it. Sadly, my sales rep is all talk and keeps on making excuses.
I wouldn't recommend buying from this dealership as the manager just want to rip you off.
