Normally they're under/behind the glove box. Removed from the passenger footwell

Seems like a lot of Mazdas have this issue. My old Mazad6 had the issue, my MS3 has this issue and my '09 Mazda6 seems to be having this problem too LOL!

so does cleaning this thing help with the noise? or is there a quieter one available to replace it with?

so its old bearings that cause the noise? i was thinking it was just dust and dirt adding up. are you gonna replace just the bearings or the whole thing?

That doesn't sound right. Even a full dash removal/heater core only pays 5 ish hours. I'll check tomorrow at work
