Hey ive been having problems with the bluetooth/usb.

For the past 2 weeks the infotainment system has been crapping out.
1) I'd be on a call, then the system just restarts itself
2) While listening to music on the USB, the music stops and the system just freezes
3) While listening to music via bluetooth, the audio stops but its still playing on the system and phone
4) When the usb stops, same as the bluetooth. The radio works though

Any ideas? Ive reset to factory settings or turn off the car for awhile, but its still popping up.

Its under warranty. Visit dealer for software update. All I can think of is if you recently updated the software on your phone. Try repairing the device

Yeah I'll make an appointment with them. I did get a new phone but that doesn't explain the USB or the entire system having problems.

The USB thing is kinda like when the port on your computer goes dead and doesn't want to read anything. I have it happen and it doesn't start working again until the car is restarted.

There have been multiple updates for the infotainment system. Have the dealer check what version your at
