greetings,
i tried browsing through the will this fit threads and hasn't come up with definite answer

before i drop on eibach pro kit i ran a setup with 18x8 45 offset with 225/40/18 on stock

now im drop on eibach but hadn't put on the summer setup yet since its winter still

what type of tire will go with my wheel that reduces the wheel to fender gap more or i will be ok running the 225/40/18

thank you

Are you primarily wanting to keep those existing tires, or are you wanting to decrease fender gap and want to know how much bigger of a tire size you can put on?

If its the first, then like these guys have said, you should be fine. It's a pretty conservative setup, and you have a lot of room before having to worry about any issues.

decrease more of fender gap if possible without any issues

Are you asking if you can run a taller tire to fill up the gap?

If you're on a Gen 2, i can confirm with prokits and a 18x8 +40 w/ 235/40/18 wheels fit perfectly fine as well. Next summer i'll be slammed on this setup with some coils too.
