Having a hard time finding someone who has this size. Good set of TE37 reps in my area I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on.
Will they fit ok?
Lowered on Swift Springs w/ Konis ... rear fenders are rolled.

A lot of poke is expected.
Unless you add a lot of camber, they're going to poke a lot. You will also need to run some stretch on your tires, and a fairly low profile. By my understanding, Swift springs aren't really that aggressive of a drop either (as far as springs go even), and so it may look a bit odd as well. To me, specs like that only look good with a lower drop. But some people have made it work.

Define " a lot". I was going to add flares, but I'm kind of steering away from that idea as of late. Seems like a lot of work to make them sit properly. I'd ideally like to be fush as possible. Might have to go back to last years specs - 18x8.5 +35

Ah, low profile is a no-go. 40 series is the smallest. 45 preferred. Comfort reasons lol

With flares, it's definitely a doable setup. And in my opinion would look quite good. With flares, you'd be able to get away with a 40-45 series profile tire, and no excessive camber.

Then I highly recommend you scrap this idea. Because that just isn't going to work, unless you want your car to look extremely awkward :P

It'd match me :P
Ideally, I want to run a 245 tire this year. 18x8.5 should be ok, maybe +38 ? The +35 I had only ran 225's and it was close.

haha
Yea, if you wanna run 245's, I'd say stick to 8.5 wide, at +38.

Running a 245/40/18 +42..if you go +38 research your tire some run more square.

Sorry, didn't quite grasp what you're saying.
You have 245/40/18 on +42? So are you suggesting I go 255 on a +38 / +35?

No, I am saying even at 245/40/18, some tires are wider than others. My Michelin pilot SS fit wider than my previous kuhmo v12, even though they are same size.
Going with a wider wheel would be tough to run 245/40.

I run 235/40/18 on 18*8.5 +42 and needed rolled rear fenders and -2.0 camber to stop the rubbing. I want to run a 245 for a little more traction. The BNR S3 can easily break the tires loose in my Gen 2. I hope a little wider tire will help, but it may be problem with rubbing. Does anyone have experience with that tire size on a Gen 2. I am currently running KW V1's.

Flares are not worth it for a 9.5.
With your tire desires, stick to 8.5

I ran 255/40/17s on 17x9+45 all around, +10mm spacers up front to clear inner coils, gen 2 sedan. Ive heard you get a little more clearance on speed fenders but need confirmation.
all you need is a good roll and pull of the gen2 fenders
proof its possible. Beef setup looks better imo than hellaflush anyday, but to each their own.
