Hello. I bought a new set of tires 225/40/18 3days ago and tires were inflated to 38psi. Checked my tire pressure today found out all other 3 tires were on 37 except for front passenger is on 34psi. Is it normal? or any problem to my rim or tire at all ? Let me know thanks

Is it actually constantly dropping? Or is this the first time you've measured? One tire may not have been filled properly, or it could actually have a slow leak. The others at 37psi are totally normal, note that pressure can fluctuate a few psi just based on temperature.

check for any nails or leaks. soapy water is a good way to check. also, maybe the tire isnt seated properly if you just got it installed.

Everyone here has basically covered it except..
Have you tried blowing into the valve stem as if inflating a beach ball/emergency copilot?
