Where to buy Halos/Angel Eyes

i bought ebay halos almost 2 months ago and they still havent arrived. I really want to rebuild my headlights soon. Anyone know where i can buy halos/angel eyes? i also dont want to spend a crazy amount on them either lol. thanks!

i some how came across an ad on kijiji for halo headlights brand new for $100.. bought them today.

I use Morimoto XB Halo's from The Retrofit Source as my DRL's. They are bright enough to pass import inspection when I brought my car over from the states. I think they were $50 for the pair.
