Found a hair line crack under pass side mount(motor mount) and the locked in bolt has play, I'm wondering if I can run as is for now (location is the two pin upright bolts locked in to bracket coming off timing chain casing). Or can I throw a bead of weld to tack it in for temporary fix till I can get new casing/bracket? Please any asap help is much appreciated.

not entirely sure what you are talking about
the passenger motor mount has a total of 2 bolts holding the mount to the frame of the car. 2 studs going in to the timing cover with the mount sliding over the studs and being held in with 2 nuts. Are you referring to the motor mount itself having the crack or the timing case cover being damaged? What bolt is loose? It is all aluminum as far as I know and getting someone to weld aluminum is not cheap. If your bolts are loose, I would NOT recommend driving as if the bolts let go, the motor will drop. Been in this situation before. If only the mount is cracked then replace the mount. Its cheap from the dealer (160ish$)
If you have damage on the timing cover.... that's not a cheap repair. Special tools are required and the engine is not keyed making timing very tricky.
