Recommend Shop for Headlight Aiming

I'm having a hard time aiming / aligning the headlights on my 2004. Can anyone recommend a shop that has the actual headlight aiming equipment to do the job properly?

It sounds hackish, but the best way to aim them is by first, cranking them upwards (best done when it's dark). Walk back about 100ft and observe whether your normal headlights look bright enough to be high beams. Keep turning them downwards until this phenomena disappears. What this means is that the focal point of the lens is pointed slightly down and ahead. If people flash you with your low beams on, then they're too high :) Just my 0.02$

1 park 25 ft from wall
2 measure height of projector on car
3 mark same height on wall in center of output Hotspot.
4 mark line 5 cm under previous height.
5 aim headlights for that spot.

does anymore know where the 2010 Mazda 3 GT (has no AFS) adjuster for vertical aiming is? I found the horizontal aiming.
