Gen3 Nav Audio missing

I've let this go for so long but for some reason I can't hear any the turn by turn directions or its just gone missing. I've just been using google maps via Bluetooth but would ideally love to fix this some day.

Before worrying too much about any infotainment concerns check if your software is up to date should be at 55.00.760 as of today.
You can check this in the settings in the about section I believe. If not up to date you can do it yourself through the Mazda website or take it to your dealer. This is always the first step

Solved by removing Nav card going to guidance settings and adjusting the volume.

It wouldn't let me adjust the volume last time I tried which was very weird.
