Whistle from engine bay

A whistle in my engine bay has started on the way back from a long drive, I popped the hood and found the source ( passenger side) of the sound and it could be from the drive belt and noticed one of the pulleys are wobbly.

Has anyone experienced this problem and suggest a solution?
