Decreasing speed when riding by manual or AT and No response when pressing gas pedal

Hello All,

I am new to these forums. Recently I see sometimes my Mazda3 2.0L 2007 AT stalls and do not react to how much I push the throttle. this happens both in Automatic and Manual change modes. after turning off and restarting the engine again this problem goes away. I don't know what the reason is ? If you've had a similar experience please help me out.

Does the car throw a check engine light when this happens? Even if it doesn't not throw a check engine light you can have it scanned and it will display a code. Have you had this done?

Try cleaning the throttle body, while you're at it, clean the MAF sensor as well.
