Really depends on what "crazy" and "little bit" is to you. But it will be somewhat significant, yes.

For your reference of something similar, here is a picture of 17x9.5 +15 with 215/40/17, from a quick Google search:

You can expect your stretch to be slightly less aggressive than this, but similar.
