Start off with a high pressure pump. These things are weak on these cars.

Performance summer tires on light weight wheels.
A lovely exhaust that doesn't drone too loudly in the cabin.
If you're looking to be lowered, a reasonable strut/spring combination that doesn't scrape on leaves.
A more aggressive alignment. See CanAlign near Highway 6
Possibly a thicker rear antisway bar.
Stiffer torque mount replacement.

The 3 is already pretty fun stock, but these take it to a higher level. Tires/alignment alone will make the most difference in handling. The exhaust is for looks and race car sounds only. The rest is to remove body roll if you think there's too much.
