Get a Logitech MX-1000, it scrolls and tilts, it\'s wireless and has a rechargeable battery and it uses a \"lazer\" <doing my best Dr. Evil impersonation> instead of an LED.

Notice the spelling of \"lazer\"? It still is an LED but one that produces coherent light at a certain wavelength.
