My Mazda's making creaking sound going over speed bumps, etc

This seems very serious to me. It's a bendy metal sheet kinda noise. Assuming some suspension stuff.

Any suggestions? I wanna take it to a mechanic ASAP.

Bushings that are dry? Maybe hit with white lithium grease?

It happens to some cars. Check that everything is tight in the suspension and you will feel safe.

I occasionally have to hit my front strut bump stops with silicone spray to keep them from creaking.

My front sway bar bushings were dry, I swapped them out, greased it all up, no more creaking for me over speed bumps.
