2012 Mazdaspeed3 Remote starter issues

I have a 12 Speed3 with a Clifford 1.2x and a Fortin EvoAll bypass.

I have problems with when I remote start and get in, put my foot on the brake and it shuts the car off. It doesn't takeover the way its supposed to. I was wondering if anyone here has a Push-To-Start Speed, Directed Electronics remote start and an EvoAll bypass that has it working properly.

In most cars as soon as you put your foot on the break it shuts off with a remote start. They just do this for security reasons. I have a remote start in another car, and when you put your foot on the break it shuts down.

Well, I had this system in my 2012 Skyactiv 3 before, but it had a key, so when the key was inserted it would take over properly and the company swears that it should work fine.

The bypass is sending the signal to my push button to shut the car off, when it shouldn't be sending that signal.

I know that a friend of mine has a CompuStar and his takes over when he gets in, 2010 Speed with Push button. It seems like the Evo-All is just messing up.
