I'm getting a loud rattle from the rear of the car over small bumps, both shock mounts have been replaced. Brakes have been done and don't rattle, and also new sway bar links. Don't have a clue what it could be. Shocks are also not leaking. Happens most at low speeds.
I drive a 2007 Mazda 3 2.0
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Do you have a video? I had a rattling from the rear of my 08 speed 3 and I couldn't figure it out. Came to realize my brake pads were rattling. Who would of thought? Only other thing I can think of if you're sure it isn't that is maybe your spare tire.

Exhaust hanger broken? E-Brake cables? look for the simple stuff.

End links and rear sway bar bushings are often primary culprits for rear end noise. Since your links were changed, check to make sure they are still tight and did not back off. I had to go with loctite on my end links after upgrading my RSB...end links loosened in a couple of weeks.
Good luck in the search
