Mazda 3 2.3 motor problem

Hello i bought a mazda 3 to do a engine swap for my other mazda 3 and i am trying to get the parts car started i have compression i have gas and spark but my number 2 coil sparks once but now here is the thing when i plug the coil into another plug it works so i dont no what is going on there and also when i try to start it it cranks and here and there trying to start it makes like a quiet poping sound like its trying to fire up i am so stumped on this so any answers would be awsom thanks.

And also what size tool do i need to pull the head bolts out
