POWER STEERING WHINE?

Hey I know there have been a few questions about this, but my 2013 GX manual sedan has a whine which seems to be coming from possibly the power steering pump only when I leave my driveway. After I've turned the wheel a couple times it goes away. Thoughts?

Especially once is gets colder and the fluid gets thicker. Makes the motor work harder
