The check engine light in my 2007 Mazda 3 sport comes on and off intermittently, and random times. I scanned the codes, and they all seem to be related to an 02 sensor. What I don’t get is why the light doesn’t stay on, and comes and goes as it pleases. Any recommendations? Many Thanks!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180706/b3ab80630aa6fb8f34621753df9ce9b7.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180706/633e7773c337e131532acd4c059a58e5.pnghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180706/25839f369a8516840b9b99668d9605dc.png

Well, it also says your EGR isn't ready either. Since the EGR acts intermittently during driving, its codes can come and go. I'd look into cleaning it or replacing, too.

You could have a bad Cat, too and an intermittent O2/CAT code can be affected by different quality of gasoline going into the engine, ambient air temp and/or driving style. Additionally, you could have intermittent wiring going to the O2 which is why is come and goes.

Following... my 2007 does the same thing, check engine light comes on sometimes.

What scanner are you using?

By googling the codes
Looks like your main problem is a dead main 02 sensor. But this is going off of what I googled. The 2 repeating codes are more than likely linked to something else from my understanding. (Again going by googles info)
Here’s what I find funny, all you people wanting to save money and go out and buy a scanner. Well, now you wasted more money because you have NO CLUE what to do with this information.
If a car sees 2-3 driving cycles of error free, the light goes out. On more sophisticated and more expensive cars the light stays on.
