Hello, i don't see much talk on the 2019 (unless i am missing out on those threads) but what are your thoughts after the reveal?
My 2 cents on the hatch .. looks like a hunchback, ugh but the sedan look real good .. interior on both appear to be super primo buuuuuuuuut .. Mazda possibly trying too hard?

My thoughts - both look amazing, but the C pillar is a bit strange on the hatch, but it's probably better in person. The interior is very refined! The infotaiment software looks a lot like the current version, but the screen is wider. The true HUD is also a welcome bonus. Seats are supposed to be more comfortable in the front, but backseats were never a strong point for MZ3.
There are lot of negative comments regarding the torsion bar, but NVH should be improved and the trunk should be bigger.
My understanding is that the new X engines will be released later next year, I'd like to see the engine in the GT. I love my 2.5 (2015), but it's a lot slower than my dad's Golf with 1.4T (8 speed DCT, tuned for city driving).

AWD coming for the new mazda 3s too..that's pretty nice! Wish they do some thing like a 2.0T instead of using the 2.5T for the 6s, cx9x, and the coming cx5s

They have arrived at dealerships in Mexico, so it won't be long for Canada now.

Have they confirmed or denied MT in any trim for the sedan?

The US is not getting any manual option for 2.0l or 2.5l sedan (FWD or AWD). I am not sure about Canada.
When the SkyActiv-X is announced later next year I hope we get more manual options.

Still torn between the Sedan and the Hatch ( Id consider one as my next daily driver unless the next Mazda 6 is even better). The Hatch looks great except for the horrible rear visibilty (although who am i to complain... my car has a similar problem) but the sedan doesnt look as "exciting" enough to me and looks more toned down. The interior is stellar though. RIP to Toyota who thought the would steal the show with the new Corolla Sedan at the LA AutoShow only to be one upped.
