DRL Installation Shop Recommendations

Im getting this DRL kit from Amazon for xmas. Im looking for a shop to install it. I called Lockdown Security and they wanted about $250 plus tax. Anyone know a shop that would charge a lower rate and would still do a good job? Any where in the GTA is fine. Or Guelph/Waterloo area. TIA!

Im not handy at all so DIY is out.

I was looking for someone to do the whole job. I can help the person out of course but im totally clueless in this area.
