Good morning everyone,
I own a 2018 Mazda 3 GT sedan black in color. I bought it new in OCT 2018 and I now have 25,000km on it. I was wondering if any of you had any paint problem with their car. My font bumper seams destroy. It's almost like a truck full of big rock was pour on the font of my car. I'm going to the Dealership next week so they can send picture to Mazda Canada and go from there. I was just curious if any of you had similar issue.
Have a great day,
Mathieu

Please see the picture, the car is clean and free of any dust. To me it does not seams normal for a less than a year old car to be destroy like that in the front

Unless you get a paint protection film applied to the front of the vehicle from day 1 (Xpel for example), you're going to get rock chips especially if you do a lot of highway driving. Plus a black car will show imperfections much more easily compared to other colors. The cost of a PPF will vary upon brand and how much of the car you want covered.

Good day,
I agree with you about the PPF. There's a few rock chip from normal use. My problem (not that clear on photo) is that the paint is flickering off (all over the front end of the car not cause by rock chips). I can't wait to see what Mazda Canada thinks about this!
Have a good day :)
