Mazda 3 2015 Driver side window would not go up

Hi guys
For the last 2 weeks, my driver side window would go down easily but it would not always come back up. I had to try many times and it would come up all at once or come up couple of inches at a time. After few trials, it closed. 3 days ago, it came down but did not go back up at all. When I pull the switch to shut, it clicks/tries to move it and it moves 1-2 mm up but falls down again. Tried multiple times, but does not go up. Now It is completely stuck! Looking for help. Thanks.

Sounds like the switch is done, or possibly the motor. But I would guess switch first.

Thanks but just to double check- the switch clicks and makes the right sound when I try to use it. Even with that, do you think it could be switch?

Well same happened to me a few years back. Window would go down but take several tries with the switch to bring it up. Got worse over time so I replaced it. Issue solved.

If the window is going down at every try the motor is still good.
