Car shaking when A/C is on???

My car shakes/jerks when I'm at a complete stop and the A/C is on, problem also occurs when I'm reversing my car. This issue been happening for a month know and there's no "check engine light" Does anyone else have this issue and know what the problem might be?

Try cleaning the throttle body and it will eliminate the jerky movement.
I had the same issue where car jerks forward when I’m at a stop with AC on.
