Hi all,
I have a couple questions that i can't seem to find a clear answer to.
First, i'm looking into replacing my purge valve due to a CEL, P0446. Found out that the one in my car is a different one than the ones i have seen in all the how to's i have read, see pic below.

Part number L518-18-741
I can't find this one anywhere for the 2008 2.0, thats my car. Only for 2010 and up, and 2008 2.3. I verified that this is the one in my car, it has the exact same part number.
Reading in to this, i found out that there is another/second purge valve?

What is the difference between these two? Are they doing the same? Can they cause the same issues?
I also have troube filling up on gas in the winter months. On cold days i can barely get anything in, it just spits in right out. No issues at all in summer months. First time this happened 3 winters ago, i learned about a little paper cartridge filter in the rear right wheel well. It was completely frozen shut with ice/slush. Cleaned and dryed it, and no more issues. Fast forwat to the next winter, same thing. Cleanaabd dry, all is good again. Fast forward to this winter, cleaning and drying does not do the trick anymore. Tried without the filter in place, does not work.
I read about the evap vent valve solenoid, but I cannot find it online for a 2008 3. Only for 2010 and up. Does the 2008 have the same vent valve? A different one? None at all? Something else?
