Well that sucked, Cabin Air Filter

Changed out the Cabin Air Filter today. The thing that sucked, was the first and easiest screw to get on it broke at first touch.!!! :bang
Leaving only 3 of 4 screws holding the cover. I do not know hot to get metal screw out of plastic, heat is out of the question.

I dont think you need all those screws to hold it place. ...well at least not in the 2012
