Gunmetal on a Carbon Grey

I\'m thinking of one of these wheels in 17x7:

Ikon GT6 in hyperblack:

Question: do you think these rims would look good on a carbon grey? I think they\'d look great on a white or a red, etc., but not too sure about on a darker colour like black mica or carbon grey. Unsure whether the black steel winter wheel thing is what I want ... :p

I vote yes! The two tone effect thing will always be in style. Sorta like my Versaci Pimp suits. It\'s sutble without high profile bling.

i like Konig Holes in Graphite better b/c they aren\'t as bling bling flashy.. or maybe it\'s the flash in the pic.. anwyay.. if those are gonna be your winter rims then you\'re a BALLA\'!!! :p

tough to say.. but put it up to the car when you get it since i can\'t picture that colour (dirty TiGray, fading black mica) :p

if you go to www.tirerack.com you can see how it looks on you car colour and all. I think I\'ve seen that rim on it.

Tried that already. Tirerack.com doesn\'t have these special wheels with in my special colour.

Carbon Grey - it\'s a very exclusive club. We look down on those plain Jane TiGreys and Black Micas.

I love the Konigs, but alas they may be out of my price range.

Ikons seem like a great value, but I\'m not really sure about their weight. 17x7 for 19lbs according to Martin of Tires23.

16\" are $840 all in from Martin.

I never priced the 17\", but I\'d bet they\'d be under a grand.

Ikon GT6 are $750 in 17\".

WHY CAN\'T RIMS AND TIRES GROW ON TREES? I DON\'T ASK FOR MUCH IN LIFE...
