I've owned a new '08 sport gt for about a month now, and have noticed that there is condensation in the front and rear lights/housing. This doesn't happen all the time, but have anyone of you had this problem?
I use to own a civic with aftermarket lights, and a condensation problem implied a break/crack in the seal (required silicon to fix it).
I think this is cover under warranty correct?

I had this problem with the right front headlight on our Sienna. The Toyota dealer replaced it under warranty and it has been problem free for 2 years.
i think there is a TSB out on this and i believe its not a warranty issue.

I hear you and it sucks. I also do not have this problem (knock on wood) but I think a certain amount of condensation is considered normal. And I'm pretty sure Mazda isn't the only manufacturer to see it this way. I think it follows similar idea of dead pixels on LCDs - a certain percentage is considered normal (by certain manufacturers).Quote:

BTW, a fix that GM does on a lot of their cars for this is to drill a small hole at the bottom of the housing to allow drainage. This works very well in most cases.
