That front grille is hideous.... I'm definitely buying an '09, especially with the deals Mazda is currently offering! Test drove a midnight grey one today.... those things haul ass that's for sure!

I actually liked the new mazda3 mps. but oddly, this mazdaspeed3 doesn't feel the same (even though its the same car...)
If they would one make a Speed3 Sedan...sigh :(

Wow, Mazda found a way to make the huge smile worse. Its hideous! The black and red seats look like my old 2002 Sentra Spec V with some leather added into the mix.
And the kicker is the HP & Torque is pretty much the same as the 2009's. sigh! :bang

The speed is ugly.. if i was in the market i would buy an 09
the speed 3 looks worst than a regualt GT-E, the rims dont stand out at all vs the current speed 3 , the interior is nice but not speed 3 nice, theres no significant diffrence between the GT-E 9 and MPS in terms of looks, the Crank hp is same as 09 263hp which doesent make any sense..... more weight same hp??? what genuis decided on this? as for handling it is better than a GT-E but who is going to take turns like u do on a track so that doesent even matter, Iam not impressed to say the least, its like a Matrix fully loaded IMO, I would rather pay the premium and go with a EVO 10 or a WRX 244 or even STI, I think even the GTI looks better than this whale.
If I were going to buy a speed 3 I would wait a year and than buy an 09, theres a couple of Kijiji for as little as 17500... not sure what condtion they are in but in a year once the 2010 is fully out their the price of the 09 will significantly drop,
I always wondered if car maufacturers actually had consumer input or feedback.....Mazda with the current smile on the Speed3 or even Acura with those god awful gladiator shields makes me wonder sometimes. sigh
