tm3 ski/snowboard trip to Ellicotville?

i was just browsing through there and wondering if we could get something organized for a trip down to get some carving done? I've looked over the holiday valley site and it seems that we could get something done fairly easy. I also know of another hill in the same general area that's supposed to be private on the weekends but open to the public during the week. For me personally the Family day long weekend would be the best, but i'm open to other suggestions. If we want to make it as painless as possible we should start planning now. Things we need to confirm:

1 date
2 accomodation (on hill off hill, etc)
3 transportation (car pool, bus?)
Am I missing anything else?
