Old ass Deck install *anyone that knows about electronics/radios, help*

So I'm trying to figure out how to get this deck:

To work as best as possible in my 240sx.

• It doesn't play MP3's
• It doesn't play Radio
• It doesn't play All burnt cd's (depends on how u burn them or what cd's you use)

So what I will need to do is hook it up with my Deck that I have now so I can get it to play off my new deck, but only control the sound... I heard that u can get a transmitter to change it from the Jap radio stations to the North american ones but I cant seem to find the transmitter that does it.
