Christmas lists: Who's got one, who's got theirs done? Share ideas!
I don't have many people to shop for, but haven't really done any of it, nor do I know what to get for a few of them... Stupid final exams are really cramping my schedule too, so it'll be another race down to the wire this year :chuckle
* GF: new gen 64gb iPod touch
* Sister: ???
* Brother-in-law: Simple guy - fed his addiction by getting him huge quality street chocolates... Sister is none-too-pleased :chuckle
* Mom: ??? - Maybe a new prepaid Telus phone...
* Dad: ???
* Boss: Anything with alcohol in it
* Gift exchange 1 ($30): ???
* Gift exchange 2 ($15): ???
If you guys have any ideas, please share :P I don't have enough brain power left to think of innovative gifts anymore.

For gift exchanges under $20 I always like to go for the easy options like the amount in cash or scratch tickets. Liquor is always well received too.

Good idea - I'll probably get taunted for lack of creativity though! :chuckle
D'oh, forgot, I should probably get something for the guys who work under me. Something cheap...

At my work place, lots of ppl give Bath and Body Works stuff. Seriously, we probably provided them with half their sales for that day lmao.

i hate giving lotto tix
Not sure how I'd feel if they won the big prize with the ticket I gave them.
prepaid iTunes card went on sale at Walmart. You get 3 $10 cards for $25.
When I gotta be cheap on a gift, I usually cross border and pick up stuff you cant get here.
last year I bought a bunch of chocolates that arent available here. Cost me $10 for 3 bags of m&m's but the person that got them really appreciated it.

premium coffee and or tea sets. If the person likes coffee or tea they'll love it, and it can work for any price range. $15 1lb of ground organic coffee, or some fancy jasmine tea. $20- $100 nice tea brewing set (personal size tea pot with permanent loose tea filter and matching cup.
stuff like that could work

Re: Christmas lists: Who's got one, who's got theirs done? Share ideas!
I think i've found the perfect gift for my sister and my new-born nephew :D Only problem is, it's super-pricey... Anyone here work at Future Shop? I'd like to get a cost price *check* on something. I have a friend who works at Best Buy who will get the item for me, but he doesn't have an accurate check on FS staff pricing apparently, since Best Buy doesn't sell this item.

Re: Christmas lists: Who's got one, who's got theirs done? Share ideas!
Perfect timing lol I just finished my list ahaha!
Buying the Mommy a Canada Goose Expedition Parka or a Danier Leather Coat, compost pails from Crate and Barrel and a Winners gift card
Buying the friends Sephora's 18 Piece Nail Colour Set, bareMinerals Bright Now Kit, Sq1's Gold Certificate Gift Card x I Dont Know (lol)
Buying the bf's Mommy a few things from Crate and Barrel and probably a gift certificate for groceries =P
Bought the bf 2 advance Ultra AVX tickets to Tron (he has to go with me!!!), 2 tickets to the Raptors vs Miami game for him and 1 of his buddies and a watch
Starting my shopping today..lol *walks under a cloud of shame*
I would suggest buying a gift from a store that the person shops at the most, because you can get a gift certificate and if they want something else from teh store (they will most of the time), they can just exchange the gift :D
And I am getting Chanel's Soleil Tan de Chanel Bronzing Make up, Miss Dior Cherie, Chocolate Mini Uggs, Chestnut Short Uggs, a few Shiseido and Clinique products for muhself!!..w00t!
BTW..what HST rebate?!
