FML: 2 x Mazda hit by a Honda (images) :(
so what's up with all the Mazda getting hit lately.... no luv for us?
leaving Blue Mountain, mazda6 guy (don't know him) and i were both chilling at a red light on a 2 lane road, but a Honda Civic decided wedge himself between the mazda brotherhood. it smashed my left bumper then the mazda6 side.
all occupants safe! hopefully just a bumper replacement, but FML none the less ;(

+1
Did you file a police report or at least get the car's license plate?
Some people are crazy. Hope your insurance co. sues that driver for the repairs.
Re: FML: 2 x Mazda hit by a Honda (images) :(
wow.. what time last night?
Re: FML: 2 x Mazda hit by a Honda (images) :(
Wow... I was just up at blue mountain all day yesterday (I was in my cousin's cwp 3) I might of seen your car.
Back on topic, sorry to hear this. Was there a chance the civic couldn't brake (slippery) and that was the best option instead of slamming straight into either of you?
Re: FML: 2 x Mazda hit by a Honda (images) :(
the honda did stop, but much further ahead.
as we were calling the police, the driver insisted that we don't and let him pay for the damages :rolleyes
the cop showed up minutes after.
traffic was pretty slow in the area from all the ppl about to enter hwy400 and the limit was 50. the way the honda came to a stop after hitting us, i'm thinking he was distracted and completely forgot to break.

damn not this shit again (another mazda(s) hit) :flaming. The "good" in this is that you know who hit you. Glad to see no one got hurt (he slid completely through the intersection?), even though the honda driver deserves it.
Re: FML: 2 x Mazda hit by a Honda (images) :(
When he wedged between the two of you and went through the intersection, was the light red?
Re: FML: 2 x Mazda hit by a Honda (images) :(
lol glad it didnt get too banged up! I live in collingwood and during the winter most of the locals know to stay off the roads as much as possible due to all the city drivers that decide to come up to blue mountain with no winter tires... not all of them but quite a few of them really dont know how to drive let alone in the snow, I have a seasons pass at blue but I will go nowhere near the mountain on weekends unless its the middle of the night when i'm going to work lol
Re: FML: 2 x Mazda hit by a Honda (images) :(
what a tool........ sorry this happened and I hope it all works out :). BTW nice pictures.... mostly accident pics are crappy cell shots.
Re: FML: 2 x Mazda hit by a Honda (images) :(
I tell you, that's what worries me every morning when I drive out to work. No matter how careful you are, some idiot is going to be out there driving erratically causing damage to other cars. Especially in the bad weather.

I also live in Collingwood and agree with this completely.
That said, it ain't just city drivers. In my life I have been shot at (1979), doused in burning gasoline (1981), slid down the road on my ass at 100+ mph (1986), and experienced cancer (2010). None of those things scared me as much as sharing the roads with the people who live in this town.
