How did the plugs look when you pulled them out? Did one look different than others?
Does the misfire happen with no engine load when you rev the engine, or only under load.
One option would be to disconnect one ignition coil at a time and see if the engine starts running rougher, the moment there is no change, that will be the problem cylinder. Another would be to bring it to a shop that can hook up a mchine to each ignition coil and monitor them throughout the RPM range.
